Our Client WeChat (10C India) is conducting a Live Project Internship in many colleges in major cities in India. They have shown a keen interest in conducting the same in your college for which we would need group of eligible students for the same. The students who would be shortlisted on completion of internship will receive stipend and a also a Certificate from WeChat.
Please let us know how can we roll this out amongst your college students. Please align us with the right student committee with whom we can have a short round of discussion.
Objective:
· To drive engagement and active communications amongst WeChat users specially young students
· The interns would be addressed as ‘Product Interns’ and would be given various activities during this program.

Details of the program:
· Min of 30-35 ambassadors in one group from the college.
· Male: female ratio – ideally require the ratio to be 1:1
· Each student will be given a stipend between INR 2000 at the end of the successful completion of theprogram and a certificate of completion
· There would be a program manager appointed from each college who would be given INR 3000 who would basically collate and share daily and weekly reports.
Role & responsibilities:
· Ambassadors would be given weekly activities ranging from feature testing & feedback to carrying out certain daily activities – by using WeChat, the leading social communication app globally, with their friends. They will send weekly reports for the same on the basis of which top performing students will be rewarded at the end of the program
· Daily activity: Share at least 5 -7 ‘Broadcast’ with their WeChat friends.
· We will evaluate their performance every week on the basis of their weekly Score. The score is calculated on the basis of number of friends the messages were sent to multiplied by the number of ‘Broadcasts’ sent
How to hire the interns?
Share the above brief with the college placements and they will open this with the students.
1) Students would send their participation for the program.
2) College will share the list of the students along with their mobile no. with us.
3) We will meet these students at our office/ college and brief them about the program.
4) Once these students are brief by us/agency these students are shortlisted on the basis of a group discussion. Discussion will be based on how active are they on social media, understand their knowledge for mobile messaging applications and their understanding of WeChat as a product.
5) We will meet the shortlisted students at the same time and share the list with the college placement.
6) College placement will help us in recruiting one college manager.
7) We add all these students on to a group on WeChat and begin the program.
