-Developing content for social and digital media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Google Hangouts, Tumblr, Instagram and email.
-Interacting with fans on social media platforms
-Tracking and reporting metrics around social posts and fan engagement, applying strategic analysis to feed learnings back to the team
