Compensation for the selected students will be 2.35 Lacs p.a. on conversion to an Analyst. Selected students will receive a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- paid during traineeship. We have had 100% trainee to Analyst conversion for students selected last year. However, as per policy trainee to analyst conversion in 6 months is subject to individual’s performance. Brochure here
