This is with reference to the Graduate recruitment's from Jai hind college. We are looking to hire some live-wire Graduates to join our team at Catapooolt, Crowdfunding platform in India. 

Before I brief you on Catapooolt - let me brief you on Crowd Funding. Its the new future of funding - wherein globally millions of dreamers, film makers, start-ups, musicians and more - are today engaging their communities and social media to raise funds as well as have access to resources to make their ventures come true. Today, Crowd Funding is a USD 5 Billion + industry - with more than 600 crowd funding platforms operating across the world.

Gradually but surely Crowd Funding is making its impact felt in India too. Some of the most popular instances include films like I AM - which raised INR 85 Lakhs and LUCIA (Kannada) which raised INR 70 Lakhs through Crowd Funding and engaged 1000's of their fans.

Catapooolt is India's fastest growing Crowd Funding and Community Engagement platform - which is today enabling some leading projects - across various domains - including Films, Music, books (and shortly start-ups, sports and social projects) to engage with communities and raise funds. Launched around 5 months back, Catapooolt has been written about in leading Indian and international media and today lists leading upcoming projects - such as India's first Telugu film which is raising community funding or even sports aces such as Yuki Bhambri - who will soon be coming on board to raise funds for his participation at International Tournaments.

Now, as we prepare ourselves to move to new phase of growth, we are looking at Catapooolters! We are looking for BA/MA  or BMS/BMM graduates to be hire to work with us. 

Here's a brief synopsis of what role we want to offer them: 

Role will Involve:

1. Working with some of India's most talented dreamers and performers (from domains ranging from films to sports to start-ups to social leaders...) and advising them to access funds and resources through Catapooolt
2. Working on series of innovative marketing initiatives - and attending some of the coolest events across various industries - to spread the message and awareness on Crowd Funding...and thereby bringing traction
3. Assisting senior management team in various initiatives

The skills we are looking in a candidate:

1. Driven
2. Great communication skills
3. Love to travel...and equally love to sit & work on presentations
4. Innovative...and an ideator
5. Open to work with new ideas

Most importantly - Catapooolt is looking to be one of the largest Crowd Funding platform - not just in India, but in Asia! And since you will be part of the initial team - there are huge opportunities for you to grow with the Company...and grow fast!

Remuneration offered : INR 2.50 - 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum + Performance Bonus + ESOPs.
