Aquasail believes in the idea of a fun career with the opportunity for growth and learning. Aquasail is now offering a unique opportunity to the Undergraduates and Graduate’s -    an opportunity to learn sailing and develop their professional skills in an area of their interest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to learn and work in a professional sailing environment and gain industry-recognised qualifications from Aquasail.

The students who choose to join our apprenticeship scheme will have to sign a contract for 2 – 3 years and will have to dedicatedly learn to sail.

 The curriculum is designed to develop and hone your skills in all the aspects of water sports management. You will receive hands-on training to be instructors on keel boats, kite boards, windsurfers, powerboats, on and off-board hospitality, on sales and marketing operations, technical support.

You will learn to sail a dinghy, windsurfers, trapeze on a sailing cat, zoom on a powerboat and virtually everything else that's required to turn you into a top-notch Water Sports expert.

Ideal candidates would be swimmers and intrepid outdoorsman/women essentially. Those selected would be paid a stipend during training and taken on-board after successful completion of their programme.
