Headquartered in Mumbai, India, WATConsult started in January 2007 and since then has worked with over 75 brands. What Do We Do : We have a 6 year history of using Social Media Marketing to solve crucial problems as well as build outreach in addition to engagement for our clients. We specialize in both B2B and B2C Social Media Marketing as is evidenced by a look at our portfolio. Our other services include Contextual Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM), Online Community Building, Blogger Outreach, Social Media Monitoring, Social Events and Social Media Optimization. We also have an official Business Account with Facebook for our Clients’ Advertising needs.

Hiring Process followed at WATMedia Pvt Ltd :

1. There is a personal interview conducted where we understand the candidates strengths, weaknesses, job preferences and skill set.
2. If the candidate is shortlisted in the personal interview, he has to undergo a preliminary online social media test (test duration - 1-2 hours) that very minute and mail back the test results to us. (Please note the test has to be done in front of us and not as an assignment taken back home).
3. The test results are reviewed by the Joint Committee of WATMedia Pvt Ltd back in Mumbai.
4. If the results are positive, we meet the candidate once again to discuss the final package and roll out the offer letter.
